Orders and Shipping
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but you can typically expect delivery within 3–7 business days for domestic orders. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Creating an account is easy! Just click on the “Account” icon at the top of our site and select “Register.” Enter your details to get started—your account lets you track orders, save shipping info, and view past purchases.
You can update your shipping address by logging into your account and editing your profile information. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact our support team immediately before the order is shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account at any time to check the latest order status and tracking updates.
No, we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway to ensure your information is protected.
Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and local tax laws. You’ll see any applicable taxes calculated at checkout before completing your purchase.
Currently, we ship within United States. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to reach out to our support team before placing your order.
Whenever possible, we try to ship everything together. However, some items may ship separately depending on size, availability, or warehouse location. You’ll receive tracking information for each package if your order is split.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on most unused items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please contact us before returning any items to receive authorization and instructions.
We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll arrange for the correct item to be shipped as quickly as possible.
If your order was damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can process a replacement or refund right away.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not send anything back without authorization, as it may delay your refund.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately so we can update it. If it has already shipped, we’ll work with the carrier to try to redirect it, but additional fees may apply.
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Once an order ships, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Some popular items may be available for pre-order. If you see an item marked “out of stock,” check the product page or contact us to find out if pre-orders are available and when restocks are expected.
