Products purchased from Solar Pool Warehouse may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging included.
If the return is not due to an error on the part of Solar Pool Warehouse, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Product Condition Verification
Please inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage or defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. After this period, it is assumed that the item arrived in acceptable condition, and the recipient accepts full responsibility for its state.
Any issues that arise after this timeframe related to the product’s performance or functionality will need to be handled through a warranty claim, in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
Important Notes:
- Returns of items that are damaged, used, or incomplete will not be accepted. Customers will need to cover shipping costs to have such items sent back to them.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and processing costs and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective, in which case a replacement will be provided.
- To be eligible for return, electrical items must be in unused condition and sealed in their original packaging.

Warranty Claims
All solar heating panels (“Collectors”) come with a manufacturer’s warranty, information is available under each brand’s product details.
Please note:
- Solar Pool Warehouse is not liable for damage caused by improper installation or customer negligence—such issues are not covered under warranty.
- To maintain warranty coverage, all collectors must be installed with new hardware.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims or replacements.
Return Process
- Contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Securely package the item using the original packaging.
- Clearly label the package with the RA number.
- Ship the package via UPS or FedEx (insurance is recommended).
- Allow 5-7 business days for refund processing after we receive the return.
Refused Shipments
Customers are responsible for all costs related to refused or undelivered shipments, including shipping fees, restocking charges, and storage costs.

- We reserve the right to decline any returns that do not comply with these conditions.
- Solar Pool Warehouse is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
